Before returning any item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing info@pesteze.com. Items returned without a valid RMA may be refused or not eligible for a refund.
Return Criteria
(a) Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
(b) Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when purchased. Tampered or altered items will not be accepted.
(c) Items must be returned in their original packaging.
(d) When returning an item, you must include the RMA number and your original order confirmation or receipt.
Refund and Shipping Terms
(a) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Pesteze.com will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
(b) Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not reimbursed.
(c) If Pesteze.com makes a delivery error, we will refund the purchase price and shipping charges within 30 calendar days of receiving notice of the issue.
(d) Refund eligibility depends on the item’s condition and compliance with this policy.
(e) Approved refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
